Teresa” is a tiny, lovely holiday apartment located on the hills north-east of Lucca, in the little village of Segromigno in Monte. Left the main street, which crosses the residential area of the village, a side road will lead you to the sqm. 6.000 sized property with a beautiful and scenic garden, perfectly maintained by the owners, who live in the main villa. “Teresa” suits ideally people who like to be outdoors and get the most out of the long summer days. The spacious garden has any comfort that you may wish: tennis court, private pool for the use of the guests (the owners rarely use the pool and respect the privacy of their guests) equipped with external shower and sun-lounges. Besides, there are also some children toys and garden furniture for dining al fresco. The apartment consist of: entrance on the ground floor in the living/dining room with large, spacious glass window/doors which face the garden and make it very bright. 1 double sofa-bed, table and chairs, SAT-Tv, 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds (which may be pushed together into a double bed) and wardrobe. 1 bathroom with shower and wc, 1 kitchen with stove (4 plates), small fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment has air-conditioning and washing machine located outside. In the garden guests have available for their use an outdoor area equipped with a table, chairs and barbecue for dining al fresco. The surroundings of the house offer many day-trip possibilities: the gorgeous historical villas with their gardens, the wine route and the Montecarlo wine area where it is possible to buy or taste wine directly from the producers. You can’t miss a visit to the lovely city of Lucca, which is just 10 Km away, and to the other famous Tuscan cities such as Pisa and Florence which are likewise easy to reach and, therefore, ideal day-trip destinations.
